FOUNDATION VALUES
Foundation Values are centered on practical applications, programs, and projects specific to human health, community well-being, and education. The Foundation will seek partnerships which create & expand access to programs and improvements changing the lives of children & their families living within the confines of poverty.
HFF values collective impact work across agencies and organizations. Proposals which demonstrate collaboration within communities to solve problems, eliminate duplication, and create new paths of opportunity are encouraged to make application.
